This organic Turmeric from India can ease pain, inflammation, osteoarthritis, hay fever, depression, high cholesterol, Crohn disease, asthma, itching, gingivitis (as mouthwash), Fibromyalgia, and COPD.
Warnings: Possibly not safe if pregnant, nursing, have gallbladder problems, GERD, or are a man trying to have a baby. Stop taking 2 weeks before surgery. Slows blood clotting.
FYI, watch out for "cheap grocery store" turmeric, it often has yellow peas added to make it cheaper, so it won't be as effective.
Directions: Use as a seasoning or tea.
For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups a day.
