Hand of Grey Sage Smudge stick. 7"- 8"

The smoke of Hand of Grey Sage has a warm, herbaceous aroma. It is used for cleansing and purifying, protection, and inner strength. It is said to bring pleasant thoughts and relieve headaches and anxiety.

To use, light the tip of the smudge and let it burn for several moments. Extinguish the flame gently and wave the burning smudge stick back and forth, distributing the smoke throughout your space.

Store in a dark, dry place.
