White Sage (Salvia Apiana).

This wildcrafted plant was harvested in California, USA. We de-stemmed & ground it so it can be used for tea. You're probably familiar with white sage as a smudge. You can also drink it to ease menstrual cramps, hot flashes, inflammation, sinus pain, indigestion, diarrhea, help heal wounds & infections faster, reduce blood sugar, boost memory, mood, focus, & blood circulation.

Ancients used it for protection, purification, wisdom, manifestation, & connecting to the spirit realm.

For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz. water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 3 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.

Nurture your body with up to 3 cups a day. Do not exceed this amount.
