Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria). Common Names: Church steeples, Cocklebur, Stickwort.

Organic, kosher. May ease pain, diarrhea, inflammation, spasms, reduce fever, balance & strengthen liver, boost digestion, increase sweating & urination, reduce bleeding. & heal wounds.

Has Tannins, polysaccharides, furanocoumarins, flavonoids, terpenes, silica.

Energetically: Cooling, drying, hot.

Taste: Sweet, bitter, astringent.

Ancients use it in sachets for protection, to banish negative every , spirits and goblins. Also used in hex removal.

Warning: Use less if it causes constipation, malnutrition, dryness, or anemia occur. Do not combine with alkaloid-rich herbs.

For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz. water, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired. Nurture your body with up to 3 cups a day.
