Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis). Common names: Melissa, Sweet Balm, Balm mint, bee balm, blue balm.

Organic, dried, cut/sifted leaves from Italy/Albania. May ease anxiety, depression, stomach issues caused by anxiety, gas, muscle spasms, radiation protection. Antiviral, antibacterial. Studies show is has helped some children with hyperactivity, impulsive behavior, and lack of focus. It can be made into an easily administered, tasty glycerin tincture.

For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz. water, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
