Immune System Boost (Acai, Bushy Matgrass, Cats Claw, Reishi)
This blend of herbs from the Amazon helps boost your immune system. Contains vitamin A, protein, carbohydrates, fibers, calcium, phosphorus, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, and oleic acid.
Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs if you don't want it to be as "earthy"), steep 15 minutes, drink warm or cool. Sweeten as desired, I prefer honey.
This is a huge hit at pot-lucks!
To make a gallon - Bring 16 cups of water to a boil, then add 1/3 cup (43 grams) of the herbs and steep. Strain with a cheesecloth. Take it to the gathering, put it in a crock-pot, add 2 sliced up oranges and watch people love it! (It's good served cold too!)
