Valerian Root (Valeriana wallichii). 

These organic, powdered roots from India can help ease stress, anxiety, depression, hot flashes, pms, menstrual cramps, headaches, upset stomach, muscle & joint pain, chronic fatigue, and to help you go to sleep.

Ancients used it for protection and purification.

Warning: Only take for 2 weeks, then stop for 2 weeks. Best used only during times of high stress. Stop taking 2 weeks before surgery. May cause headache, stomach upset, mental dullness, excitability, uneasiness, heart disturbances, and even insomnia. 


For Tea: Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.

Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.
