Mugwort is used as a smudge, under your pillow, or in your bath to open the 3rd eye for enhanced dreams and visionary states of mind. It's also used for protection. it was often worn around the neck or woven into magical brooms (besoms).

Warning: Adult supervision required. Avoid smudging if pregnant. Keep children and animals away from lit smudges. Do not leave lit smudges unattended.
