Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum). 

This is a Japanese Mushroom that has been the most venerated and used mushroom in traditional Chinese medicine, recognized for improving and maintaining a healthy body and promoting longevity. It is an apoptogenic herb, with more than 150 antioxidants and phytonutrients. It restores and maintains balance in the body, which prevents high blood pressure, diabetes, hypothyroid, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, arthritis, asthma, liver cirrhosis, hepatitis, kidney disease, migraine, myomas, tumors, cysts, irritable colon, varicose veins, vitiligo, cancer, HIV, allergies, immune disease, regulates the body's cells and immune systems, improves circulation, prostate health, and mental focus, slows blood clotting, reduces insulin resistance, etc. 

Do not use if you're on blood thinners. 

Preparation and administration:
Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs if you don't want it to be as "earthy"), steep 15 minutes, drink warm or cool. Sweeten as desired, I prefer honey.
Add to your hot coffee or tea, let sit 15 minutes, drink it up.
Start with one cup a day, increasing up to 3 cups a day if you want. The best results vary per person. You may need to drink it for a week or so to start seeing a noticeable difference.
