Red Clover Blossom (Trifolium pratense). Common Names: Cow clover, wild clover, purple clover.

Directions:
For Tea: Boil 8 oz. water, add half a teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
To extract all the minerals, pour 4 cups of boiling water over one ounce of herbs and steep 4 to 8 hours.
Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.
