This is blended with new moms in mind, to help heal her mind, body, and spirit. These herbs help with stress, infections, pain, menstrual regulation, and diarrhea. It's full of vitamins, alkaloids, tannin's, coumarins, and saponins.
It boosts your immune system.
Mimics estrogen.
Warning: Do not use if you have an estrogen-positive cancer.
 

Directions:

For Tea: Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs if you don't want it to be as "earthy"), steep 15 minutes, drink warm or cool. Sweeten as desired, I prefer honey.

OR:

Add to your hot coffee or tea, let sit 15 minutes, drink it up.

Start with one cup a day, increasing up to 3 cups a day if you want. The best results vary per person. You may need to drink it for a week or so to start seeing a noticeable difference.
