Pau de Arco. (Tabebuia avellanedae). Common Names: Tahuari, La Pacho, Ipe Roxo, Taheebo, Trumpet Tree.

Wild-crafted. Kosher, loose, dried, ground bark. May ease inflammation, bronchitis, arthritis, depression, candida, and support balance when dealing with diabetes, Lupus, tumors, degenerative issues, and cancer. It helps promote regular periods, bowel function, balanced oxygen levels in the blood, body temperature, and supports removal of fungal infections and bacteria.

For Tea:  Keep 8 oz water and 1 teaspoon of the bark at a low boil for 8 to 10 minutes to get its full effect, steep for 20 minutes, strain if needed, and sweeten with a natural flavoring if desired. You can make a large batch and keep it in the refrigerator if for a couple days if you want.

Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.

Seasoning: Add 1 teaspoon per cup of cooking water. 
Topically: Apply to the cool tea to affected areas as a spray, bath, compress, or wash.
