Chris' Bedtime Tea - (Acai, Balsam Pear, Bushy Matgrass, Cats Claw, Piri Piri, Reishi, Soursop, Tahuari).
Directions: Drink before bed.
For Tea: Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs if you don't want it to be as "earthy"), steep 15 minutes, drink warm or cool. Sweeten as desired, I prefer honey.
