Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.). 4 oz.
Organic. Kosher. Dried. From Turkey. Licorice root has been used as a flavoring agent for so long it is found in King Tut's tomb! It's been used to ease stomach problems, inflammation, hunger, and thirst. It also supports a healthy immune system and clean liver. High in vitamin B.
Ancients used it for manifestation and to help the dying cross over.
Warning: Only use for a month at a time. Do not use if pregnant or have hypertension, liver disorders, edema, severe kidney insufficiency, low potassium, or heart disease.
Directions: Use 1/2 teaspoon as seasoning.
For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 3 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.
