Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia).

Organic. Kosher. Super grade Lavender flowers. It has a citrus-like taste, hints of sweetness and rosemary, and a stronger floral flavor. It is brighter and subtly peppery when raw. The color is rich and vibrant and contains the least amount of stems and leaves.

Lavender helps ease anxiety, stress, insomnia, depression, dementia, pain, inflammation, asthma, blood pressure. It can help with skin problems when applied topically. Place in a pouch in your pillow to help you get a good nights sleep.

Ancients used it in sachets under their pillows to enhance dreams, as a smudge to open the 3rd eye and increase psychic awareness, and to symbolize the divine feminine.

Warning: Stop using two weeks before surgery.

For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.

Nurture yourself with a cup before bed.
