(Bushy Matgrass, Chuchuhausi, Reishi)
Indications: To improve issues caused by aging, including (but not limited to) stomach problems, pain, stress, and depression.
Directions: Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon, steep 15 minutes.
Strain. Sweeten as desired.
Drink up to 3 times a day.
Preparation and administration:
Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs if you don't want it to be as "earthy"), steep 15 minutes, drink warm or cool. Sweeten as desired.
Add to your hot coffee or tea, let sit 15 minutes, drink it up.
Start with one cup a day, increasing up to 3 cups a day if you want. The best results vary per person. You may need to drink it for a week or so to start seeing a noticeable difference.
