Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale). 

The loose, dried, cut root of this plant harvested in USA can help promote balance in the stomach and liver, and ease anemia, acne, eczema, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heartburn, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and even cancer. It is a diuretic that purifies the blood, liver, & kidneys.

Contains sesquiterpene lactone, diterpenes, triterpenes, phytosterols, carotenoids, flavanoids, polysaccharides, inulin, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins A and C.

For Tea: Boil 8 oz water, add 1 to 3 teaspoons of the loose roots (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes,. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
