These loose, dried, ground herbs from the Amazon are prepared to support you when you're not feeling well, to promote a speedy recovery & help ease your suffering when you're dealing with the common cold, the flu, and lung issues.
Warnings: Drink only while sick, not meant for long term use. Example: Drink for 2 weeks, then don't drink for a week. Long term use can cause stomach issues.

For Tea: Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day while you aren't feeling well. Long term use can cause stomach problems, so only drink when you are sick or having trouble breathing. If you need a long term blend for asthma, please contact us.
For tincture (our favorite way): Add half a cup (100 grams )to 4 cups of preferred alcohol (vodka, rum, brandy) or vinegar. Let set 7 days or more. You can scale the recipe down, but be sure to use a container that you're filling up to the rim to prevent mold.
Take a 1 oz shot 3 times a day until you are better. It's okay to add the tincture to a bit of juice to make it easier to drink. I suggest hold your breath and chug it and have a chaser ready.
If you are feeling really sick, and have a fever, you can alternate a shot of tincture with a cup of tea every 4 hours. Stop if it's upsetting your stomach.
