Organic. Used to support you when you're not feeling well, to promote a speedy recovery & help ease your suffering when you're dealing with the common cold, the flu, sore throat, and lung issues.
Warnings: Drink only while you and/or the people around you are sick to boost your immune system. Regular use of Echinacea can build up a tolerance to it.
For Tea: Boil 8 oz. water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day while you aren't feeling well.
For tincture (convenient for travel or while not feeling well): Fill a mason jar one third to one half full, then fill the rest of the way with 80 proof alcohol or apple cider vinegar. Shake daily for 2 or more weeks when made with alcohol, or 6 weeks with vinegar.
Take one to 4 droppers-full (up to an oz.) every four hours until you are better. It's okay to add the tincture to a bit of juice to make it easier to drink.
