Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Burmanii). Common Names: Cassia cinnamon, Chinese cinnamon.
Organic. Kosher. Powdered. Sustainably cultivated in Indonesia by the Rainforest Alliance. May be used as an antioxidant, tonic, pain reliever, improve circulation, stimulant, increase sweating, expectorant, ease gas, boost digestion, promote menses.

For Tea: Barely boil 4 oz. water, add 1/4 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
