Cinchona, cut/sifted (Cinchona officinalis). 

These organic cut peices of bark from Ecuador contain quinine. It is used to ease cold & flu, enlarged spleen, muscle cramps, cancer, mouth & throat problems & leg cramps. Can increase appetite; promotes the release of digestive juices; eases bloating, fullness, malaria & other stomach issues. Used topically for hemorrhoids & varicose veins.

Ancients used it as protection from the effects of unnatural illnesses caused by tricking or hexing.

Warning: Not safe while pregnant or nursing, if you have QT interval syndrome, stomach/intestinal ulcers, or myasthenia gravis. May slow blood clotting.

Discontinue use if ringing in the ears, skin rash, deafness, headache, diarrhea, nausea, or visual disturbances occur.


For Tea:  Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 3 to 4 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.

Nurture your body with up to 3 cups a day. Do not exceed dosage.
