Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria Chamomilla). Common Names: Hungarian chamomile, wild chamomile, German Chamomile.
These organic dried, powdered flowers from Croatia are used to help reduce fever, ease rheumatism, inflammation, hay fever, muscle spasms, insomnia, ulcers, wounds, gastrointestinal problems, and hemorrhoids.
Ancients used it for protection, purification, beauty, sleep & luck.
Warning: People with asteraceae allergies should be cautious. Do not use near eyes.
Directions:
For Tea: Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
