Directions:
For Tea:Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.
For skin issues. In 2 liters of water add 2 tablespoons, boil for 3 minutes. Let stand until cool enough to apply to the affected area. You can also use in a bath or foot soak.
As Seasoning: Add to soups or stews to produce a bitter flavor.
For tincture: Add half a cup)100 grams to 4 cups of preferred alcohol (vodka, rum, brandy) or vinegar. Let set 7 days or more. You can scale the recipe down, but be sure to use a container that you're filling up to the rim to prevent mold.
Take a sip 3 times a day until you are better. It's okay to add the tincture to a bit of juice to make it easier to drink. I suggest hold your breath and chug it and have a chaser ready.
