    This delicious blend has a mild pumpkin spice flavor! If you like pumpkin pie, you'll love this! 


      Helps with holiday time issues! Reduce stress and pain, settle an upset stomach (especially one that was caused by over-indulging) improve mental alertness, flush out toxins, and boost your immune system.

      Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs if you don't want it to be as "earthy"), steep 15 minutes. It tastes best when it's still warm. You can add a dab of honey, but it doesn't NEED it.


      Add to your hot coffee or tea, let sit 15 minutes, drink it up.

      Start with one cup a day, increasing up to 3 cups a day if you want. The best results vary per person. You may need to drink it for a week or so to start seeing a noticeable difference.
