Autumn Harvest (Bushy Matgrass, Chuchuhausi, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Nutmeg)
Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs if you don't want it to be as "earthy"), steep 15 minutes. It tastes best when it's still warm. You can add a dab of honey, but it doesn't NEED it.
Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.
Add to your hot coffee or tea, let sit 15 minutes, drink it up.
