Anxiety & Stress Relief (Ashwaganda Root, Gotu Kola, Holy Basil Leaf (Krishna), Moringa Leaf). 

These organic, powdered herbs can ease anxiety, depression, stress, joint & muscle pain, inflammation, Boosts memory, focus, energy levels & overall health.

For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 3 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.

Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.
