Women's Health (Cacoa, Raspberry leaf, Trumpet Tree (Yellow), Wild Yam Root). 

This blend of herbs boosts energy, eases depression, stress, menopause (in any stage), menstrual cramps, inflammation, irregular periods, hot flashes, mood swings, vaginal dryness & supports a healthy libido.

Warning: Do not use if pregnant or on estrogen therapy. 


For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon, steep 3 to 15 minutes in a French press or tea ball. Sweeten as desired. You can make a large batch and keep it in the refrigerator if for a couple days if you want.
