Wild Yam Root (Dioscorea villosa). 

These organic, cut, sifted pieces of root from the USA can ease rheumatism, menstrual cramps,  menopause, PMS, hot flashes, menstrual disorders, and arthritis. It promotes bone strength and a healthy libido.

Ancients used this for grounding, strength, and release.

Warning: May mimic estrogen. Not safe if you have a protein S deficiency.


For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 - 2 teaspoons of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 5 to 10 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.

Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.
