Immune System Boost (Bushy Matgrass, Echinacea, Elderberry, Wild Garlic)

This blend of herbs helps support your immune system.  


For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.

Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.

This is a huge hit at pot-lucks!

To make a gallon - Bring 16 cups of water to a boil, then add 1/3 cup  (43 grams) of the herbs and steep. Strain with a cheesecloth. Take it to the gathering, put it in a crock-pot, add 2 sliced up oranges and watch people love it! (It's good served cold too!)
