Stevia Leaf (Stevia rebaudiana). Common Names: Kaa he-he, sweet herb of Paraguay, caa-ehe, honey leaf.

These organic leaves  from India are ground into a powder and used as a natural, zero calorie sweetener. It's also used to ease heartburn, blood pressure, diabetes, and water retention.

Warning: Reacts with Lithium.


As seasoning: Add 1/4 teaspoon of the loose herbs to you food or drink as a sweetener.

For Tea: Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 3 to 4 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
