St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum). 

The organic c/s, dried aerial portions of this plant were harvested in Chile. It promotes a healthy & balanced mood. It has been used to ease depression, anxiety, & help people sleep better.

Ancients used it in pouches and smudges for protection, courage, willpower, to prevent nightmares, and purification.

For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 3 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.

Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day. If it keeps you awake, don't take at bedtime.
