Postpartum Wellness (Acai, Chuchuhausi, Reishi, Wild Ginger).
Directions:
For Tea: Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.

I used for a different reason (intentional issues, diarrhea, pain) and found the relief the herbs gave quite noticeable. The taste is fine, I tend to sweeten with stevia and sometimes mix with another herbal tea. I would highly recommend and the price is great as well!
