Organic. Cut/Sifted. These loose, dried, cut & sifted leaves from the USA has been used to ease irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), other digestive problems, a cold, and headaches. It can be added to a salve or infused into oil for topical use to ease headache, muscle aches, itching, and other problems.

Directions: Add to foods as flavoring.
For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
