Ancients use it for protection and to remove curses.

For Tea: Barely boil 4 to 8 oz water, add half a teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 3 to 15 minutes, drink warm or cool. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
This is very dry and sweet, you probably don't want more than half a teaspoon! Nurture yourself with 1 to 3 cups a day.
