Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris). 

This cut/sifted herb from Albania can ease anxiety, depression, irritability, insomnia, & restlessness. Supports a healthy liver, digestive system, and can induce the menstrual cycle. Helps you go to sleep. It is a natural source of vitamin C, beta carotene, fiber, calcium, and zinc.

Ancients used as tea or smoked it for cleansing, protection, healing, lucid dreaming & psychic development.

Warning: Not safe during pregnancy. DO NOT DRINK MORE THAN 3 TEASPOONS A DAY WITHIN 6 DAYS, it can cause renal failure.

Directions for tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 3 - 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
