Ladys Mantle - (Alchemilla vulgaris). Common Names: Nosebleed, herb militaris, soldier's woundwort, thousand leaf, thousand seal, field hop, old man's pepper, thousand seal.

Organic. Kosher. From India. Astringent. Purifies the blood. Helps heal internal & external wounds (especially “wet” ones) & improve general health. Slows bleeding. Can be used help menses start; will likely be heavier & shorter. All around helpful for women’s reproductive organs.

Energetically:  Drying, Cooling. Taste: Bitter (mild).

Ancients used it in love spells & sachets. Associated with the goddess Freya, and the virgin Mary.

Tea directions: Barely boil 8 oz. water, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
