Ginger (Zingiber officinale). Common Names: Zingiberis Rhizoma, Zingiberaceae, Shen Jiang.
Ancients used it to attract power, success, love, and money.
Directions:
For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.
Bath: Add a few sprinkles to your bath water to reduce pain and increase circulation. You can also soak a cloth in ginger tea and apply directly to the area in pain.
