Eucalyptus Leaf (Eucalyptus globulus). Common Names: Blue Gum.

This organic dried, powdered herb from India can ease asthma, diabetes, colds, flu, gingivitis, fungus, headaches.

Ancients used it for healing, cleansing, protection.

Warning: Do not consume with medications altered by the liver.


For Tea:  Barely boil 6 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes, drink warm. Inhale vapors while it steeps to sooth yourself during illness. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.

Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.
