Eleuthero Root, (Eleutherococcus Senticosus). 2oz. Common names: Siberian ginseng, eleutherococcus, ciwujia (Chinese), and devil’s bush.
Organic, dried, cut/sifted root from China. An adaptogen & antioxidant that may help reduce stress & inflammation while boosting energy levels, stamina and improving brain & heart health. Often used to treat wind/damp musculoskeletal problems.
Directions:
For Tea: Boil 8 oz water, add half a teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 3 to 15 minutes, drink warm or cool. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
Nurture yourself with up to a teaspoon a day.
