Wild Ginger - Cumaceba (Swartzia polyphyla). 

Rheumatism, heal broken bones, treat colds & flu, improve vision, increase sexual stamina, heal after child birth, anti-inflammation, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, female aphrodisiac, boosts strength, prevents laziness, restoration of parturient. 

Contains biochanin A, dalbergioidin, dihydrocajanin, dihydrolicoisoflavone, dihydrobiochanin A, ferreirin, ferreirinol, formononetin, naringenin, and T-cadinol.


Boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs if you don't want it to be as "earthy"), steep 15 minutes, drink warm or cool. Sweeten as desired, I prefer honey.


Add to your hot coffee or tea, let sit 15 minutes, drink it up.

As a bath or wash - Prepare the tea and use as a wash or add to bath for skin and yeast infections.

Start with one cup a day, increasing up to 3 cups a day if you want. The best results vary per person. You may need to drink it for a week or so to start seeing a noticeable difference.
