Cocoa - (100% Theobroma cacao).

This organic powder can ease depression, cough, blood pressure, weakness, & exhaustion. Promotes healthy lungs, heart, gallbladder, urinary tract, nervous system, & libido. Acts as a diuretic.

When used in ceremonial doses, it opens the heart chakra, aids in a stronger connection to the Spirit realms and to your higher self. It inspires creativity, bring focus, energy, peace, and healing.

Warnings: Use caution if pregnant, nursing,  diabetic, on anti-depressants or have any heart conditions. Large doses can cause diarrhea, start small.

Directions:
For Daily Tea: Boil 8 oz water, add 1 to 3 tablespoons of cocao (less if the warnings apply to you or your'e not used to it), Heat water until barely boiling. Whisk until it's frothy on top. Sweeten with a natural sweetener like honey or cinnamon if you want.
As flavoring: Add to a cup of tea or smoothie.

For your Cacao personal Ceremony:

A heroic dose: Add 6 tablespoons of cacao to 7 oz of barely boiling water. Use a whisk to stir until it's blended some and you have a froth on top. (only drink about half if you're new to this, then wait an hour to drink the rest) Can cause nausea, diarrhea, and headaches at first, so take your time! You do not need to start with a heroic ceremonial dose!

You can drink it like this, but it's very bitter. If you must sweeten, I suggest something natural. Honey, agave, cinnamon, cardamon, vanilla.

Eat lightly before your ceremony, don't be full. Don't add milk! When you're all done, eat something dense (red fruit, nuts, seeds) to help you ground.

Cocoa

This is definitely ceremonial grade cocoa, it’s delicious and delicate. It’s powerful-so be easy... know what you’re doing. Too much of anything is not good. Follow their advise. Do your research. This is not the stuff you buy at your local shop... treat it with respect and you’ll reap its benefits.
I learned to start my day with this and won’t look back! It’s great in the evening as well.
You can make it strong for ceremony. Respect it and it will respect you.
Shhhhhh- my wake up simple treat is a heaping tablespoon of This cocoa and two small spoons of dehydrated sugar cane... don’t boil the water, just make sure it’s almost boiling-then mix, drink and don’t tell anyone! (Because they’ll drink it all!)
Enjoy!
