Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus). Common names: Bladderwrack, brown seaweed, sea kelp.
Organic. Kosher. Cut/sifted seaweed from Canada contains iodine, which supports a healthy thyroid. Promotes a healthy immune system and may help ease problems with constipation, cholesterol, blood pressure, & help with weight loss. Used topically for insect bites, burns & aging.

Directions:
For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.
