Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus). Common names: Bladderwrack, brown seaweed, sea kelp.

This organic dried, powdered seaweed from Canada contains iodine, which supports a healthy thyroid. Promotes a healthy immune system and may help ease problems with constipation, cholesterol, blood pressure, & help with weight loss. Used topically for insect bites, burns & aging.

Ancients used it for protection, prosperity, sprinkled it in the doorways of businesses to attract customers.

Warning: Not to be used internally while pregnant, nursing, or if you have hyperthyroidism. Do not combine with thyroid medications. Stop taking 2 weeks before surgery.

For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.

Nurture your body with 1 to 3 cups of tea a day.
