Arthritis, Pain, & Inflammation Relief (Chuchuhuasi, Elderberry, Turmeric, Trumpet Tree Bark, White Oak Bark, White Willow Bark). 

These herbs are blended together to ease arthritis, rheumatism, osteoarthritis, nerve pain, and inflammation. They support healthy bones, and joints.

Warning: Not safe if you're pregnant, sensitive to aspirin, have a (G6PD) deficiency, high blood pressure, or liver problems.  


For Tea: Barely boil 8 oz water, add 1 teaspoon of the loose herbs (you can use a tea ball, french press, or other way to strain herbs or leave them in the tea for a super strong brew), steep 10 to 15 minutes, drink hot. Sweeten with a natural sweetener if desired.

Nurture your body with 1 cup early in the day.
