This deposit secures your spot in this unique and enriching experience, where you will learn traditional techniques from expert craftspeople. Our sustainably harvested hides ensure a high-quality product that honors both the animal and its spiritual significance. $100 Deposits are required one month before the workshop. There are no refunds. If you must cancel, please give us 48 hours' notice! Once we put the hides into the water, they must be made within 48 hours. See below for more details on the cancelation policy.

 The remaining balance is due at the workshop. If you choose the 10" deer drum, your deposit is $100, and you will owe $11 at the workshop.

We offer frame drum making workshops in 10" (child size), 12", 14", 15" and 16" sizes, subject to availability.

Deer - Teaches us to follow its example in #unconditionallove, #kindness & #trust. Balances the #heartchakra.

Elk gives stamina, endurance & the ability to pace oneself. It balances the solar plexus chakra.

Buffalo is associated with wisdom and abundance. It's used when we seek wisdom and guidance from the Ancient Ones. Buffalo teaches us to honor the paths of all as we walk with Spirit.

Horse takes its rider between the realms. It is the embodiment of living in balance with all realms & people. Horse teaches us that the gateways to power are compassion, caring, teaching, loving & sharing our gifts.

Moose is associated with self-esteem. It teaches us to trust ourselves to act in the moment, and to share our joy. Moose helps open the crown chakra to receive information from the divine, and to know when to share what with whom. (Currently unavailable)

The cancelation policy on drum birthing workshops depends on how much notice you give:

  • 48 hours' notice - we will reschedule you at our convenience.
  • less than 48 hours' notice - we will build the drum for you. You can pay the balance due & shipping to receive it or use your deposit as store credit for any of our items within 60 days of your scheduled workshop. Store credit not used within 60 days will be considered a donation to Spirit Risings travel funds.
  • We will only reschedule you one time. 

Drum Creation Workshop Host Discount Information:

1. Host will provide the space for the workshop at no expense to Spirit Rising Florida, LLC. 

2. Host will receive 10% off for each participant they refer that makes their deposit AND pays their balance in full.

3. This offer is good for one person at one workshop.

This is typically an all-day event. We take a one-hour lunch break and small breaks during the day. These drums have a nice, deep tone suitable for journeying, meditation, and fun at a drum circle. 

All of the supplies are sustainably harvest in an ethical and kind manner. Nothing goes to waste.

We're dedicated to creating a spirit drum that suits your needs and desires; that you connect with easily. Contact us to discuss what this means for you. Is it a journey drum? Are you doing energy work? Is it to work with yourself or with others? All of these things, or anything else you can think of, are good for us to know.

Contact us to discuss your needs and wants concerning your personal Spirit Drum to ensure that the drum we create for you has the right intent and energy for you. Each drum comes complete with a drumstick, care sheet, and organic shea butter. Custom orders take approximately 3 - 4 weeks for completion. A deposit of half is required for all custom work with the remainder due before we ship to you. 
 
We accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards through Square. Drums require special handling; therefore, shipping is $30 per drum in the continental United States.
